Where do you come from? When did you join HS? I’m from Hong Kong and joined Henry Schein in August 2018
Can you tell us about your professional background? With over 13 years of hands-on experience in the dental industry, I bring expertise across both clinical and operational environments. My career spans roles from Practice Manager to Sales Specialist in Dental Equipment, Implant & Surgical, Endodontics, and Laboratory, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the dental landscape. This breadth of knowledge allows me to deliver tailored solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive meaningful growth for dental practices and partners.
What’s on your bucket list? One thing on my bucket list is trying puffer fish. It’s such a unique and adventurous culinary experience, and the idea of tasting something so rare and could be deadly definitely excites me. It feels like the perfect mix of curiosity and stepping outside my comfort zone.
What skills or qualities do you think are most important to succeed in your role? Success in my role relies on having a deep, well rounded understanding of the dental industry. That breadth of experience allows me to communicate confidently with clinicians, understand their challenges, and provide solutions that genuinely support their clinical and business goals. Strong relationship building, adaptability, and the ability to translate complex clinical needs into practical, value driven outcomes are the qualities that make me effective.
How do you like to unwind or spend your time outside of work? Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife at the driving range and golf course. It’s the perfect way for me to unwind, stay active, and challenge myself while enjoying some fresh air. Golf gives me a great balance of relaxation and focus, which helps me recharge for the week ahead.
What are you most excited about for the future at Henry Schein? I’m most excited about the opportunity to collaborate even more closely with other departments to create a truly seamless, full service experience for our clients. Bringing our expertise together allows us to operate as a genuine one stop shop, delivering comprehensive solutions that support practices from every angle. That level of integration not only strengthens client relationships but also positions us to drive even greater value in the future.
