Where do you come from? When did you join HS? Always lived in Australia, Victoria is my home state however I have also lived in Queensland for a few years. I joined Henry Schein consumable team in 2013 and then transferred over to the equipment side 2021

What were you doing before Henry Schein? I worked for another dental manufacturer Ivoclar Vivadent

Can you tell us about your professional background? I have worked in dental my whole adult working life. Started off as a dental assistant, and worked both for Ortho, pros and endodontics practices. From there I moved into sales to which brought me to working for Ivoclar. How this came about is my former employee used their products all the time and I loved their range (still do).

What do you like about working at Henry Schein? I love the team I work with, each day is different from the next.

What is your Scheining Moment? I really enjoy helping new practice owner fulfil their dreams.

What’s on your bucket list? Next on my list is snorkeling at Exmouth in Western Australia with my family.

What skills or qualities do you think are most important to succeed in your role? Emotional intelligence is very important. Relationships and how you communicate is essential in this role. Time management as there are not enough hours in the day to process all the work load.

How do you like to unwind or spend your time outside of work? There is a lift outside of work… didn’t know? Love the ocean. Most weekends are down at the beach.

What are you most excited about for the future at Henry Schein? Seeing when technology takes dentistry
