Where do you come from? When did you join HS? I’m originally from Adelaide but growing up moved around with my family quite a lot. From Brisbane to Malaysia and even Cairo in Egypt. I joined HS after graduating from university and have mostly been working at HS ever since. I’ve been lucky enough to work at HS in Ireland, Perth, Sydney and now Brisbane.

Can you tell us about your professional background? I’ve been lucky enough to have worked in many parts of the HS business over the years; from the warehouse, customer care and then into sales

Any words of wisdom for those thinking about becoming a #TeamScheinMember? Definitely do it, HS is a company filled with many talented & supportive people who want to help you succeed

What skills or qualities do you think are most important to succeed in your role? I think definitely determination, flexibility and most importantly the willingness to always do the right thing by your customers and the HS team. It’s funny how success seems to always come from lifting up and supporting the people around you.

Who or what has inspired you most during your career journey? Definitely seeing our customers succeed. It’s rewarding to be a part of a customers journey when starting up their own dental clinic, and then watching it grow & evolve from the very first patient all the way to a busy & successful practice.
